About Danielle

Danielle is a 24 year old graduate student and UNC fan who dreams about exchanging all of her textbooks for cookbooks and working as a food writer.  This blog, her first, is an early attempt to see whether that dream deserves to become reality.

Danielle posts from Charleston, South Carolina, where she lives with her husband Bryce, a medical student.  When he is not studying science, Bryce also acts as Danielle’s #1 taste tester.  He has served in this capacity for nearly five years, and shows no signs of slowing down.

    Danielle, I think you should TOTALLY pursue your passion! Check out some local mags and see if the local paper needs any freelancers to write about the local culinary scene. Make it happen! Hope you’re enjoying the beach!
